Dashrah ("we," "our," or "us") is an AI-powered conversation assistant for Android. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Dashrah application ("App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our data practices.

Dashrah is designed for users aged 18 and older. By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 AccessibilityService Data

Dashrah uses Android's AccessibilityService to read on-screen content from supported applications (such as WhatsApp, Instagram, and Snapchat). This includes:

• Chat message text displayed on screen
• Match/contact names visible in the chat interface
• Profile information displayed on screen

This data is processed locally on your device. It is not transmitted to our servers or stored in the cloud.

2.2 AI Processing via Cloud AI Service

To generate conversation suggestions, Dashrah sends the following to our cloud AI service:

• Recent conversation context (last 8-10 messages)
• Your persona preferences (communication style, interests)
• Match profile summary (name, bio excerpts)

This data is sent over encrypted HTTPS connections. We do not store conversation data on any server. Our cloud AI service processes the data solely to generate responses and does not retain it.

2.3 Local Storage

The following data is stored locally on your device using encrypted storage:

• Your persona profile and preferences
• Conversation history and extracted facts
• App settings and configuration
• On-device AI model for offline use

2.4 Email Address

If you subscribe to our iOS launch notification, we collect your email address. This is stored securely and used solely to notify you about product availability.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Generate real-time conversation suggestions tailored to your style
• Learn and adapt to your communication preferences
• Provide offline conversation assistance
• Send product launch notifications (email subscribers only)

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties, except:

• Cloud AI Service: Conversation context is sent for AI processing as described above
• Legal requirements: If required by law, court order, or governmental authority

5. Data Security

• All local data is encrypted using SQLCipher
• All network transmissions use HTTPS/TLS encryption
• Optional app lock via PIN or biometric authentication
• Auto-delete options for conversation data (7, 30, or 90 days)

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access: View all data stored by the App in the Settings screen
• Delete: Clear all stored data at any time from Settings
• Revoke: Disable AccessibilityService permissions at any time
• Opt out: Unsubscribe from email notifications

7. Children's Privacy

Dashrah is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
