By downloading, installing, or using the Dashrah application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Dashrah. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Description of Service

Dashrah is an AI-powered conversation assistant that:

• Reads on-screen content from supported applications using Android's AccessibilityService
• Generates contextual conversation suggestions using artificial intelligence
• Displays suggestions via a floating overlay interface
• Copies selected suggestions to your clipboard for manual pasting

Dashrah never sends messages on your behalf. You are always in control of what is sent.

4. Permitted Use

You may use Dashrah for:

• Generating conversation suggestions for your personal conversations
• Improving your communication skills and interactions
• Getting inspiration for message replies

5. Prohibited Use

You agree NOT to use Dashrah to:

• Harass, stalk, threaten, or intimidate other people
• Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or manipulative behavior
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
• Violate the terms of service of any third-party application
• Distribute, sell, or commercially exploit the App or its output
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the App
• Use the App if you are under 18 years of age

6. AI Content Disclaimer

Dashrah's suggestions are generated by artificial intelligence and may not always be appropriate, accurate, or suitable for your situation. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding whether to use any suggestion provided by the App. We do not guarantee that AI-generated suggestions will lead to successful conversations or outcomes.

7. AccessibilityService Usage

Dashrah uses Android's AccessibilityService solely to read on-screen chat content for the purpose of generating conversation suggestions. By enabling this service, you consent to the App reading visible screen content from supported applications. You may revoke this permission at any time through your device settings.

8. Third-Party Applications

Dashrah is an independent application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with any social media or messaging platform. Use of Dashrah alongside these platforms is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms of service.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• Dashrah is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App
• We are not responsible for the content of AI-generated suggestions
• We are not liable for any consequences of using suggestions in your conversations
• We are not responsible for any actions taken by third-party platforms in response to your use of Dashrah

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dashrah and its creators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, for any reason, without notice. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Dashrah operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
